MyStart Plus™ is the fastest, easiest, most versatile and complete telematics system utilizing a smartphone solution to stay connected with your vehicle from anywhere in the world. Using the MyStart Plus™ app, you can control your vehicle doors (Lock/Unlock), remote start or Stop your engine and even find your current vehicle’s location.
PROFESSIONNAL INSTALLATION REQUIRED

INTERNET CONNECTION REQUIRED
In order to use the MyStart Plus™ App, it will require a connection to the internet via cellular or WiFi.
OPERATING NETWORK
900 MHz wireless network. The system is being operated using the Otodata Wireless Network, which currently covers a a vast territory in Quebec and Ontario. You will be surprised by how fast the system works compared to traditional remote key fob or cellular based car starters.

No good
This is the worst app for a car starter ever. Don’t bother to buy it. It crashes all the time can’t even log in.
Unreliable
Connectivity issues ALL THE TIME!!!! Says all systems are go, but I tried to start my car twice and it doesn’t work. This happens ALL the time. Im sitting in the car now at -10 with my infant, waiting for the car to warm up. This app is terrible.
Worked well for a year
This app needs a serious update, I have 750$ of hardware in my truck that’s basically useless with this app! 9/10 times I can’t start my truck and have to go grab my keys. My start plus has clearly had problems for years and it seems they have no idea how to fix it.
App works half the time
When it works it’s great! But when it doesn’t…. It’s frustrating. There has not been an update of the app for a very long time and maybe this causes the app not to work. The starter with my keys works great, but the app should help start the car from a distance - which it does not always work. Frustrating having spent all the money on a starter that works half the time 😢
Not great
Cool be awesome but half the time it’s frozen or doesn’t work. Had to reset my Apple Watch and since then can’t reinstall the app on it !
Gets the job done
Had a module installed into my Lexus. Works about 9/10 times unless the weather is really bad and even then it is rare. I did try out EVO Start which works too, but I prefer something simple like this app.
Mauvais produit
Déjà au début de l’installation venant avec l’achat du véhicule l’app fonctionnait une fois sur 3-4…. Je suis aller chez le concessionnaire, même le technicien semblait découragé sans trop se mouiller..depuis un an que le fonctionnement est on and off! Heureusement ça venait avec l’ensemble du véhicule ..et la garantie couvre le problème. Je vais faire désinstaller et me faire rembourser…c’est de la vraie mer….
Where is Siri?
Worked ok for the past 6 years. Sometimes didn’t in the 3-4 first years. Now it’s on the watch for long but but nothing about Siri. I think it’s about adding an API. I don’t see why it’s not yet there.
