A few days ago it stopped working properly Acceptance rating started dropping , before Mystro did not drop rating in DoorDash when missing an order

The app is good but it doesn't always work well. It's been lowering my DoorDash acceptance level for a week, so you still pay to use it but it doesn't even notify you when it has problems.

My colleagues and I are seeing our ratings drop on DoorDash and Uber because of this issue. The app used to work fine, but over the past few weeks, it’s gotten progressively worse, and now it doesn’t work at all. We’re paying for this service, but there have been no updates or fixes for four days. If this isn’t resolved quickly, we will delete the app and make sure other drivers do the same. Please address this issue immediately.

i used it to block bad orders of doordash with this app,but now it failed, so i stop subscription.

The main function of this App stopped working at 2:18 EST 10.10.24 for many people. Please fix it otherwise I'll have to unsubscribe. Last update doesn’t help!

Nice app, would be nice if you could have it not notify on an auto decline, that way if I get a notification I know it’s something I need to look at. Also needs ability to setup multiple filters with different actions, so I can auto reject some rides and auto accept others. With those small changes the app would be perfect.

withdrew money but the app doesn't work! Where are your updates? It used to work fine, now it stopped working. It accepts regular orders. Why did you create this app?
