Slow processing of orders
I ordered items with a promised pickup window of 2-6 PM, but it's been over 24 hours and I still haven’t received anything. The app's order processing is slow, which is really disappointing. I hope they improve their pickup system!

Cant log i dont receive any OTP
No OTP
The app logged me out and when I tried to login, it says to enter and verify OTP where I entered my phone number but it doesn't give me the password. Tried it many times but still no OTP. Please advise.
