MYTAXOFFICE Mobile Application
The Main purpose of the Application is better communication between the tax preparer and the customer. This application allows the tax office’s customer to interact with the office without having to travel to the office each time. It allows the taxpayer to Upload Documents and sign tax forms from the mobile device. The taxpayer will also have access to their tax forms as they are prepared within the software.
This Mobile application will have the following Features
Create a New Taxpayer Account from Anywhere.
Upload Documents in the png and jpeg file formats from anywhere.
Take a photo of your Documents with the Mobile Device’s Camera and upload.
Client can find the status of the return.
Client can sign documents from the app.
Client can view their prepared tax documents.
Client can send or receive Messages to/from the Preparer

In the years we’ve filed professional taxes this is the only app that has stayed consistent and cohesive with the data.
Tax preparation
First of all this app is very slow secondly the person that did my taxes using this app has messed my life up I now have to pay the irs because of something that they put in under my name I won’t be getting a refund for next two years! I’m livid!!!!! Her name is Vicky Do Not get your taxes done with whoever uses this app
Worked for me!
It took a bit of navigating but the app worked for me. I like how I’m able to go back and see, retrieve, or change my info. I also like how I can see the progress of my return from the tax prep to myself to the irs process. I can upload documents easily here and securely message my tax preparer as well. Very convenient.
Need improvement
Every time I try to upload a document the app close. Really inconvenient, back quality.
New return request
After putting in Social Security number in the app, error 122 states try again later. Is there something wrong with the app? I can’t get my information entered.
Useless
Absolutely unacceptable for this app not to work like it should. Can’t upload my DL without converting it, so had to email it to myself then save it to my files then upload it only for the app to continuously force close itself. Can’t even sign off on my friken taxes because the sign pad does the same thing and force closes the app. This is a disservice to my tax preparer and to myself. You need to fix this immediately before myself and numerous others reach out to the better business bureau!

This app is TRASH!
Why are my clients having a hard time doing the simplest things like logging in? This app crashes constantly and is not user friendly at all. I had a client who has changed her password 3x and still hasn’t been able to log in.
Problems with App
When the app is open it's works but once you close it out you have to delete and download again.
