Was looking for sth simple as a local SIM card for holidays in South Africa , chose Telkom. Even inside towns or nearby major tourist attractions you might not receive data -> no messages, no navigation, no online tickets possible. Spoke to some locals about it, they all knew those stories so seems it’s not only me. If you actually want to use the data you paid for - choose a different provider.
It takes long to process then after says you enter the id number is invalid
This is a useless app if you can’t get in and always have errors!!!!! What’s the point of making something that doesn’t work????? Poor App
This app makes me hate Telkom even more. Login issues are not resolved and their tech team is clueless. Time to jump ship.
It has never worked!! No matter how many times you reload or “try again”!!! Quite right, there is a huuuuuge problem on your side.
Very useless App.
Very unoptimised, constant delays in OTP delivery and various bugs which make for a less-than-pleasant UI experience.
App doesn’t allow data transfer to other users. 🤔
It doesn’t update the payment made. Your bill keeps accumulating. If you want accurate amounts rather call Telkom directly
It keeps saying try again after few minutes. Still haven’t liked my account
