Been using the MyTheresa app for quite some time now. I love how easy it is to shop for luxury brands using it; it really is luxury at one’s fingertips! Items are also delivered fast. I live in the Philippines, and it usually takes only 3-5 days for me to receive my orders, which is really impressive. I really love MyTheresa!
Can the characters allowed in address be made longer?
Writing down the address quite difficult as it only allows 35 characters per line. I had to try and reduce the names of the place. And it is hard to make mistake in the address because i am ordering from a distant place.

I ourchased a valentino pvc sandals and it gave on me after less than 5x of use. I reported it to customer service and they gave me store credits which inwas able to buy another pair. Respknse was very prompt and it was free shipping from my country in asia! Soooooo satisfied!
