I do not recommend and I won’t go anymore. There are other better options. It is too expensive compared with the quality and safety. Also, the staff verbally discriminate on base of the race. I mostly dislike because it is full of thieves- I was victim 2 times- and I don’t go too often. They have cameras, but they aren’t used for helping the clients. The staff can watch and confirm you had something and then you didn’t find anymore, but they say the politics is that you have to take care of your own goods. Should you stay on the chair guarding your goods? Is this why you go there? You go into the pool, you stay for a while and then you go out: the towels and/ or sleepers disappeared. Phones disappear also- but these you can leave under key. Instead, towels and sleepers is mandatory to have.

Se blocheaza in pagina de plata, am avut un incident in care s-a blocat, au retras banii din cont, dar nu au emis biletele. Si bineinteles ca nu au returnat banii. Sfatul meu ar fi sa nu o mai folositi.

Nu pot scana codul QR dupa ce am platit ( am facut asta de zeci de ori pana acum ) si nu exista un mumar de contact sau un mail…daca ai nevoie de ajutor nu ai nicio optiune. Si daca cumpar online din aplicatie trebuie sa caut biletele in mail,nu se regasesc niciunde in aplicatie.

After countless errors and crashes I was able to go to the payment but surprise, surprise, I am not able to complete the fields for my card because they cannot be selected… garbage app

Half the app functionality errors out meaning the application backend is dead, booking functionality doesn’t work, guess your 3rd party changed the API and you’re to busy to check and see if it’s working, and have you heard of this thing called localisation? Maybe you can even get some Romanian language customers in Romania. You guys should really try harder not to build a revenue stream “cu un băiat”. Cheers. Praf :)

For my work e-mail address gives invalid e-mail error when i try to log in probably because it uses custom domain🤷🏻‍♀️

MyTherme app is working very slowly. When i try to register an account, an error occurs every time. I choose to enter my own password, then the app freezes. Please, solve this problem!

Unfortunately, 1 star from me. It’s been 2 days now that I cannot create an account. Keep getting the same message: Error, please try again later
