Fun game but major glitch !

It’s a very fun game and I have been enjoying it but sadly it has one MAJOR GLITCH!! 20-30 % of the time when I pull an SSR or UR hero the game crashes and i get Nothing!! Considering getting these hero’s are a major part of progression this makes the game very disappointing and sadly unless this is fixed I won’t be playing anymore PLEASE FIX Also the game randomly crashes sometimes when getting items ,aside from this the game is quite good with satisfying game play and progression.
