Very detailed which is great for those who love comprehensive support. What do you think about adding a pie graph for your goal and averages by day with a block graph and totals by month with another graph to see one’s progress in the statistics section?

Thank you! This is SO helpful :) Hubby and I share it - neat you an have more than one user :) We appreciate the time you have put in to share this with us! There's only one thing that we wonder about: when we try an RV and they're not home, we select not at home and the pin goes green as though we have recently contacted them? We're guessing maybe you had in mind that we just don't make an entry if they're not home, and only use the not home return visit entry for if we didn't see them personally, but left a note or texted them or something? Thank you! :)

This is a great app. I run it on my ITouch and have loved it from the start. Looking forward to the updates as they take place. Was just supprised to find that with the latest update the landscape keyboard could no longer be used. But great app!

It’s wild that this is still the best service app and it hasn’t been updated in 6 years

I have used this app for many years and always found it easy to use and be able to look back over the years to see my progress. Easy to text report to secretary. Sorry to hear it’s not active any longer.

Dang how old is this?

Based on the last version update being 4+ years ago, it’s apparent that this app has been abandoned by the developer. We are sorry about that and miss his technical talent! I pray that he is well and in good health. This has been an excellent app for many years! Thank you for providing us with a well designed and practical field service app!!

Love the app, this is the only good thing about having an iPhone lol! But please update the publications 🤗
