Capture your working hours - anytime and anywhere. This makes handwritten timesheets a thing of the past.
Whether after work or using the clock in/out feature, myTime is the ideal companion where a complicated and expensive time tracking system is unnecessary. You can record your times, calculate overtime, record your vacation and sick days, enter notes, and much more.
Thanks to iCloud synchronization, your data is always up to date on your iPhone and iPad.
The app can also be used for multiple jobs at the same time, as you can save the hours for each job independently. This gives you an overview of all your jobs at all times.
If necessary, each job can be individually customized, and settings such as daily working hours, start and end times, break times, and much more can be preset.
Create note templates to easily and quickly add recurring information to an entry with just one click.
With the document export, you can easily export your working hours as a PDF file to your device or to the cloud.
Forwarding, whether by email, WhatsApp, iMessages, etc., is also no problem. By exporting as a CSV file, you can subsequently work with it in Excel, Numbers, LibreOffice Calc, etc.
The backup function stores all your data entered in a file. This can be stored in your iCloud or on your device, or it can also be sent.
The backup file can then be read in, for example, on another device and all your data can be transferred.
You can use clock in/out feature with Siri or build an individual implementation with shortcuts.

Good app and I would recommend!
I have been using it for over a year and it works well. I just find a few features a bit confusing such as changing between years and stuff. It feels like the GUI is a bit simpler could use some more work to make it friendlier. I think I will buy the pro features after a while, since it seems nice.
Gute App mit Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten
Die App gefällt mir gut. Ich nutze sie für verschiedene Jobs, wo ich als Arbeitnehmer tätig bin plus als Selbstständiger für Projekte. Einige Verbesserungsvorschläge: Im Reiter „myTime“ wäre es aus meiner Sicht von Vorteil, wenn permanent sieht, in welchem Job man sich gerade befindet. Ich habe ein paar vergangene Werte nach nachgetragen. Dann ist mir aufgefallen, dass ich im falschen Job war. Ich musste die Werte löschen und erneut eintragen. In der „Übersicht“ fände ich eine Art Kuchendiagramm cool, das zeigt, wie viele Stunden ich mit welchem Job verbracht habe. Zudem fände ich in der „Übersicht“ gut, wenn man die Jahres- und Gesamtwerte getrennt ansehen könnte bzw. nur Jahres- oder Gesamtwert. Dann ist nicht jeder Eintrag doppelt zu sehen. Im Export fände ich gut, wenn neben der Nettozeit (abzgl. der Pausenzeit) auch die tatsächliche Zeit inkl. Pausenzeit angezeigt würde. Gerne zahle ich für ein Abo. Beste Grüße

Benutze die App schon 3 Jahre bin immer noch zu frieden. Wenn mal ein Problem da ist schreibt man den Entwickler an bekommt schnell eine Antwort. Und er hilft schnell
Urlaubstage
Urlaubstage (ganzer Tag) mit eingegebenen Stunden, da diese bei Urlaub bezahlt werden, erscheinen beim exportieren zu WhatsApp, aber NICHT beim exportieren zu E-Mail (z. Bsp. Web. de). Deswegen im Moment nur 3 Sterne!

An sich ist die App Top Super übersichtlich und einfach zu verstehen Gut wäre es noch wenn sie Gläschen automatisch das verdiente Geld ausrechnen würde
Achtung, man kann keinen Testlauf machen, Keine kündigungsfunktion in der App .

Für eine zeiterfassung Kohle zu verlangen ist schon hart da nehme ich mir Stift und Zettel und mache es altmodisch

Dies ist die absolut beste App für Zeiterfassungen. Ob Jobs, beliebige Zeiten eintragen, nachträgliche Eintragungen…. Einfach Super
