“Accessing the permits and adding them to the wallet”. Very nice feature for the Tennesseans. Keep going…!

The only complaint I have is that the time you are logged into the app is way too short. If you have to put the phone down for 2 minutes and do something; by the time you pick it back up, you’re logged out. Very frustrating when you’re trying to job search. You have to re-log in and go through t the whole process of the job search. Is there anyway to fix this? I’ve looked on my end and haven’t found a way to change the time setting for being logged in.

I was super excited to be able to change my address via the app instead of having to drive across town to go to the DMV for something so simple. But unfortunately, the app was not working? Every time I tried to click on “Visit Services” for access to that part of the app, it would just sit there and load and a load and load. Never going anywhere. Then I tried to click on the Help button to see if there was a troubleshoot. But that wouldn’t load either. Deleted account and app within 5 minutes of creating it. Bummer!

Did not download my current Renewed ABC license. Will it once current one expires?

The app has tons of information, but needs to allow focus on a local area/ZIP Code. It would be great if I could see each category by the local stuff around me rather than providing a giant laundry list for the whole state.

It is pretty much beneficial for the new residents and Tennessee people

The myTN app is a great app. It provides lots of useful services to the citizens of Tennessee. Look forward to see what other services are added.

Easy to get a copy of your license to have digitally so your not having to worry about your paper copy being destroyed from food and drinks while doing your job.

Someone at my work recommended I add my permit to my wallet. This is actually really cool for a state app! 10/10
