MyToro

For a month now the app will no longer launch. As a result, I lost access to my lawnmower run time data. When will this app be fixed?

I have had MyToro myPUC for almost two years. I was able to install and get it to work for synching my weekly cutting usage with it. It logs time and date. However, I cannot get the manual maintenance option to work. As such I cannot document my oil changes, spark plug change, filter change, etc. I have contacted Toro many times and received no help. All they do is refer me to my owners manual which has nothing to do with the PUC and/or tell me to take my entire mower to my local dealer. This is very disappointing and poor customer service.

I just bought my torso push mower today so far the app has been easy to use and negative. I like the idea that you can keep up with your mowers hours and maintenance on a app and what videos I saw it works great with a pic which I plan to buy.

I recommend Toro to everyone. I had one from 1998 and the motor recently blew up. Nothing had a 24 lifetime 24 years. That thing worked amazing. Never had a problemI was toro reading this. This app is 100% good. It keeps track of the hours and everything. I’m a landscaper and I don’t have time to check any of the stuff on the lawnmower and the app just tells me what needs to be done. Saves me time

The app is really unreliable. I does not keep me logged in so I have to log in every time I want to update and sync. The app has never been updated since I got it over a year ago. It’s a great idea but poorly executed.

Mowed three times and blade does not keep turning. It makes a lot of noise and blade cuts intermittently. I’ve always owned Toro so I decided to spend $1600 and buy a bigger walk behind. This mower just makes noise for all the neighbors to here. It sounds like a seal. Toro customer service says to load up and drive 40 miles to another town and maybe it’s warranty after three mowings. Toro’s customer service is terrible and doesn’t care about customer loyalty. I know some Lowe’s Executives and going to the local TV networks about Toro and their poor customer care and defective products.

Never works. Does not provide hrs despite successful sync. Always loses login

Very buggy,can take along time to link up with puc.No way to edit or remove notes on maintenance

I refuse to purchase the Toro Puc with all of the horrible reviews it has so manually adding in mowing time is my only other option to keep track …and using the app is horrible. It’s not a smooth easy process trying to simply add mowing time

I like the app it tracks about everything. What is not that good is connecting the puc. You need to try and fail, 2 try will wake it up and connect.
