I don’t know why translink has published this app. This app should be taken down immediately to save the reputation of translink. Wanted to travel on 31st night to city and this app does not show the latest train timings.

This app continually crashes. It's ok if you are planning a trip to 'leave now'. If you try and change to another option like 'arrive by' then the app crashes. It's done this for years. I can't believe the developers haven't found and fixed this bug. 0 stars if I could rate that low.

When I plan a trip, I would like the ability to share my trip via PDF or web link to a friend.

When I put my account number in” this account can’t be found” okay so I tried registering it” this account is active” righto, forgot password, all good get a link to reset password, that didn’t work. Can’t wait to meet an inspector.

No point planning your trip using this app because you will never get there in time due to the false information being given. GoogleMaps is more reliable than this app. Almost missed our flight due to the wrong information given with train timetable!

Incorrect information and times means constantly missing buses. Sometimes because the app says I’ve missed the bus I start walking and then the bus drives past! Incredibly frustrating when it’s the middle of summer in QLD, you have a toddler with you, you don’t have a car because of the cost of living crisis so you take public transport and the transport is unreliable!

There is no point to this app. It tells you nothing. It only tells you about buses and trains that have already gone past or left, it glitches, the information is inaccurate, the maps are wrong, it doesn’t update live. The point of the app is to offer info on a bus or train, like when it’s coming, where it will arrive and is currently. However, it does none of this. I highly encourage you to NOT GET IT EVER!!!!!!!

Consistent live tracking issues and transport tracked that never arrives! Also almost impossible to use easily, extremely hard to see just what service is next.

Thanks for the latest update idiot. Now the app no longer works on my iPad. Useless

I took the train that it told me to take to get to my destination but instead it never took me there. This app is stupid and ain’t trustable
