I’ve often complained that when outside built up areas there is no way of knowing when or if a bus is coming. This app solves this; at least in NW Wiltshire

easy to use, accurate information, all round good app to use for anyone who uses buses regularly

I don’t see any options to use a discount card (50% OFF) at checkout. This renders the app absolutely useless.

Overall a good app but I haven’t purchased a ticket through it because it doesn’t offer single or return fares for D&G buses. Is this something you plan on introducing?

This app does not work with CT4N in Nottingham. I've tried 3 times, and every time the driver just waived me on after the ticket failed.

Very fast response and resolution from customer support. Very impressed.

This app used to track the buses well but for some months now the buses I track don’t show only the route. I keep hoping the update will sort it but no luck.

I’ve been using this app for around the last 9 months, and it has greatly helped my journey to and from work. Being able to track my buses made my life efficient and less stressful. However, now the tracker has stopped working for me. Buses show up on the big map (sometimes) but when I press “Track Vehicles”, not a single bus shows up on the route - when I know there should be. The app has been deleted and re-installed to no avail. Such a shame. Not sure if it’s on my end or the app’s end, but I hope it gets fixed x

The timetables are ok but live tracking is non existent. And forget about buying tickets through the App, it freezes up. I’ve deleted it, a waste of space.
