Card Payments often declined, after switching to visa cards, app doesn’t process identification, every day asking to submit passport after It was already approved. So really takes lot’s of time and can’t really use it.

They log you off and you can’t log back in unless you upload your documents again, even if you do, does not guarantee you will be logged back in. Support is not helpful at all, they tell you to reinstall the app and when you reply that nothing changed, you get ignored

I was able to sign up quickly. Everything works fine. Transfers happen quite quickly which is nice. I also use the savings feature to keep money aside and withdraw it whenever I need.

Awesome app, super fast onboarding, something which doesnt happen often with other financial apps

What I like: Probably the best neobank app design, it’s just different and in a good way! Appearance customisation is something every app should have. Physical card quality is better than most of the competition. Junior account also increasingly is a must have feature, after all why would anyone give children cash nowadays? Something to improve: Oh well, I use MyTU only occasionally, it’s a plan B card, actually 4th in line service provider… And I will explain why, I like MyTU but I prefer others: my first 3 choices being - One well known market leader, with a messy app, hidden customer service but it supports Apple Pay and doesn’t charge me for transactions like my brick and mortar bank does. Then that bank, you know the real one with buildings, statements, mortgages, credit cards and ATMs, I do not need to walk into a branch, but I can. Then alternatively, another neo bank with more features, more cashback, insurance options etc, and it supports Apple Pay. MyTU does not support Apple Pay/Google pay, you have to have your card and importance of this is really overlooked. I increasingly find myself out just with a phone so that means I would be out without money. This definitely would have change. MyTU hints on being a travel financial app for currency exchange etc, so I would expect them to partner more with insurance companies to provide linked insurance products within app travel/health/car/flight but I still would not want to be stranded abroad if I loose my card. Also if it’s marketed as travel app it makes me feel I do not need it until I’m planning to go somewhere, so branding, from logo to the name is questionable. Overall it’s a nice product, it does very well what it does, but it does do some things that a important to me.
