The simplicity of this app is EVERYTHING!! I’m in recovery from an eating disorder, so regular tracking apps can be very triggering for me. This app is a great way to be mindful of what you’re eating without making you feel bad about it. I honestly fall off of keeping track of food habits pretty quickly most of the time due to being triggered or feeling bad about myself, but with this app I’ve experienced none of that. It is so simple, yet so beneficial! I’d recommend this to anyone who wants to practice mindful/intuitive eating without having to track all the extra stuff like calories, macros, etc. With this app you can give yourself what you need. If you just need a visual of your food- great, this app will support that; if you want to journal about your day/feelings/food- this app supports that too. It even sends you the cutest encouraging little messages, as well. It’s just great. I can’t say enough good things. The premium price is 10000% worth it in my eyes- $10 for lifetime access? Yes please. (You get 7 days free to try it first, so it’s totally worth it) Thank you to the creators! I’m so happy with what you’ve done here!
This app is so simple and easy to use, and it was exactly what I was looking for. I've been getting really bad stomach aches so I wanted something to track what I'm eating in a day to see what foods are the cause of the stomach aches. I like how this app doesn't make me feel horrible about myself with calorie tracking and things like that. It even has positive affirmations and you can write what you're looking forward to each day.
This app is everything I was looking for. I didn’t want to count calories, but I wanted to increase my mindfulness and appreciation for food, and this is a beautiful, introspective, and compassionate app that REALLY helps. My life has completely changed since using this app, and I enjoy food so much more without bingeing, stressing, or overthinking food. Thank you to the developer. Please never discontinue this app. ♥️
I used to weigh my food and count calories, but it become to time-consuming. Then I found the MyTummy app and it made what I eat so simple. Instead of counting calories down to the number, I can see if I’m making healthy (more green) or unhealthy eating choices (more orange). I focus on my workouts when I go to the gym, instead of worrying about how many calories I need to burn. Instead of feeling guilty for eating too many sweets (more orange) one day, I can make a goal to cut out it the next day (more green) instead of eating less calories the next day. If you want a simple way to make healthier food choices, I highly recommend MyTummy!

I’d just like to tell you how amazing I think your app is…I was looking for a simple way to log my food in a gentle, human looking way and this app is it 😊 I love that I can enter pics of my own food. I have been creating my own database of the foods I eat, and this process has actually slowed me down and help me avoid a couple of binges 😊 I also love the Tummy Timer…it’s a gentle way of helping me wait sometimes before I eat again 😊 I also really love the daily messages! I save them in my phone and re-read them for nice little reminders 😊 I really appreciate the care that you’ve put into this app, and the gentle, friendly nature of it…many thanks! 😊💜😊
I had suffered from an ED years ago. I am keeping a journal of foods I eat because I am discussing it with my dietitian. This is a gentle and encouraging app. that doesn't push diet culture. Simple food journal with sweet messages about loving yourself.
You are only able to add pictures of food for what you’ve eaten that day. There is no feed back and it doesn’t keep track of your stats. Not very helpful if you want actual information about diet and nutrition
I have never written a review before, but this lovely, gentle, intuitive app deserves every 5-star rating it can get. It is helping me get in touch with ME, not with anyone else’s standards, rules, or preconceived notions of what my relationship with food “should” be. So grateful to have this tool on my journey!
This is the only food tracking app that as soon as I opened it and read their starting message I teared up from something positive. They understand that for some people it’s a tough topic, but so so necessary for health. The app is extremely kind and simple. It does exactly what I want: to track my food in a mindful way that isn’t calorie driven. It’s free of bombarding adds, and I feel supported in a genuine positive way that I’ve never experienced from a food logging app before 😂
