The flex account info is nearly impossible to find. As is the online store. Please fix it. I’m old and not as techno savvy as some.

I know when my next appointment is and if someone needs to know the meds I take a Quick Look and they know.

Update, My complaint now, has to do with my connections on Video Appointments. Too often, I get connected, tells me, I’ll be seen soon, and states 1 Waiting…but if takes longer than Appt time. It goes to 1 person waiting and camera goes red. I try calling office but that kicks me out. This last time, i happened to be able to sign back in, as the Doctor was still on; and connection clicked. Previous comment: The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 Star review has to do with trying to delete past appointments which accumulated for years. I be have to delete them individually. It’s good to have an extra step added; so, not to delete something by accident, but not being able to target groups of old appointments etc.,etc., etc. is time consuming. The UPMC App has been the easiest and better organized App I’ve dealt with. Thank you

This a fantastic tool!!! To able to do everything from making appointments, updating prescriptions, to interacting with doctors and staff is priceless !!!

We can’t even access information we need

I got a pet scan in Indiana and tomorrow will be 3 weeks and no results. Had my doctor appointment to go over the scan a week following the scan but was useless because the results were not in. I had one done in June and results were on my portal I think in about3 days. If you are that backed up with reports it’s time to spend some more money and hire people to do the work.

The app makes it possible for me to see test results and renew prescriptions quickly.

The worst functioning app in the universe.

Says I have messages. Nothing downloads ever. Waste of my time. Frustrating.
