The UR Medicine mobile app also helps you find and get directions to our hospitals, urgent care, imaging, and lab locations; view information on more than 1,300 of our specialists; and read up on the latest UR Medicine health and wellness information.
Using MyChart you can:
• View your test results, diagnoses, medications, and immunizations.
• Request appointments and prescription renewals.
• Send a message to your health care team.
• Organize all your medical information into one personal health record.
• View and pay your bill online.
• Upload health and fitness data, including data from the Apple Health app (when enrolled in self-tracking programs)

The information on new report is incorrect, I went for dexascan, none of my previous symptoms ( fatigue etc discussed at PCP visit this year) were NOT discussed, false documentation, not the first time, the technician only asked me the usual dexascan screening questions , nothing else, Kathy Hart RN
Unnecessary Mychart emails
I recently had a episode I had 5 visits with specialist,Physical Therapy and the Emergency Department.
Mychart was good at reminding me of upcoming appointments. Or test results.
But there were many that said it was a eMychart signup for an upcoming visit. Which was a review of patient basic info and a review of money owed at time of appointment. I always pay at the time of service. Unless they don’t take payment.
It was a pain to receive many extra emails that were not necessary
Functional and irritating
Works! And that’s an accomplishment these days.
But it’s clunky and irritating. Too many notifications. Doesn’t maintain my login state. Keeps shuttling me around to different screens. A pretty typical mobile web committee-made app with very little emotional intelligence.
My Care
My doctor, Dr. Pietropaoli is the best! He really cares and he encourages me to do my best. His nurse Katy is as nice as can be! I’m blessed having them on my team❤️
UR App lists Physicians
1. There is a FP physician listed that I no longer see, how can I delete her.
2. A physician Assistant & Nurse Practitioner are listed but no degree to differentiate between MD & NP or PA
3. An Opthalmologist I saw as a referral from Flaum Eye Clinic is not on my list of care givers. He is no longer a Flaum partner, however, I would like to have access to his summary visit.

The mychart portal is very helpful and convenient. I am able to keep up with appointments, check on test results, and communicate with Dr or nurses.

Why does it take three times to log into this app now it doesn’t make any sense that you have to login three times before you can get to your appointments or to your care unit unit or anything like that three times the login does not make sense. Thank you.

As I travel a lot, this app and features are of great use to me.
MyChart review
Overall I think MyChart is very good. Medical team is very responsive, able to see test results quickly, can schedule many different types of appointments. However, responses to questions or concerns or screen options are VERY LIMITED. My responses are not always black/white, yes/no. For instance, the option to schedule Mammograms was:
A) Schedule
B) does not apply to me
It DOES APPLY TO ME, but I want to continue to schedule with B&I, for continuity of care and records. Those two options do not make sense.
I would expect:
C) I choose an alternative imaging facility
Many of the questions presented to users are similarly awkward and inappropriate or limited which leads me to believe the system was generated by a machine and not people.
App is great but it can be better
I would appreciate if time would be included when lab results are released. For someone who is hospitalized this is important. Thanks
