There is no way to add a pet. When first using this app, I could add pets, where did that setting go?

This app was basically useless for us. Our pet had a number of significant treatments with VCA 2013 thru 2022, but this App only stores the most recent (2) years, per the App’s very prompt, courteous, and helpful Online Help technicians. The app seemed very limited compared to PetDesk, although their Online Help techs were amazing.

From Leptospirosis to a mysterious parasite, and then our dogs liver took a downhill spiral! At only four years of age, we thought we were going to lose our pup, twice. A year later, and a thousand “Thank Yous” to Dr. Bonaparte, and her wonderful team! Our “baby” is thriving, playful & healthy! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

We have had repeated trouble with this app. Twice this year I had to update my cc info (expiration date and new card bc hacked). Despite updating my cc payment info prior to the scheduled payment, the app did not update the info and I was charged a $25 fee for their mistake. To make it even more frustrating, when I call our VCA vet, they redirect me to the Care Club program. We will never do the Care Plan again because their right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing.

I am so fortunate to have VCA Riviera within blocks of my home. The technicians and veterinarians and technicians and staff are superior; I feel I as if my pet has his own personal staff caring for him. I wish they had a boarding facility, that would be a dream… Expert care=happy heart, for me and my cat!!

Still getting used to the new myVCA app. Information seems good, but a little tricky getting used to navigating and finding everything we’re looking for. Hospital remains great!

They're nice and do a good job, but amazing to charge $145 for a 5 minute exam plus add ons, etc

I get the best care the best client customer service. They’re very kind. The front desk is wonderful. The tecs are great, as well as the doctors.

We ALWAYS find everyone in this practice to be very responsive and compassionate. Bayley is like a family member and I can not say enough of how you all treat this love bug with kindness and respect. Thank you ALL for always doing your best in this crazy world of ours. Our family appreciates you!
