These guys will steal your chip purchases and erase your history without warning! They are defrauding players to scam you out of money and steal your personal info. Avoid

They let you win at first then you will go over hundreds of spins before you get the bonus. Even then the wins are way below your bet. If they spent as much time making the games fair as they do advertising buying coins this would be a fun game. Unfortunately it is just a way to require you to buy coins. Do none of the quests. Those are a true ripoff.

I was a level 2 (the pink level) and now I’m a level 1 when I’ve used no chips so there should be no reason for me to randomly be demoted. This has happened twice to me before, I’ve earned the 2nd level, I close the app and reopen it later and I’m magically a level 1 again. Seems like a scam.

Noticing a lot of changes after paying for chips in this game. Rewards that were originally cheaper are more expensive and I took screenshots. I was told it’s because of my location, but that’s not true because my location has been the same. I also feel like my loyalty points every day max out sooner and sooner. So I’m really confused, even though I am leveling up it just seems like there’s more limitations

Signed in with my apple account to save progress and now the game won’t even open. Just keeps loading on “warming up the slots.”

The app had a major crash a couple of weeks ago. It was completely off-line they had it posted on Facebook that they were working on it. Once the app is restored all my progress had been wiped out. It was as if I was starting the game for the first time. I tried to sign in with my ID but when I click the button, nothing happens. I reached out to customer service support several times, in total 11 times and all I would get back is the standard copy and paste from the FAQ page. I was on level 1056 and had 6 billion chips now I’m back at level one and no one is willing to help me. after two weeks of trying to get help from customer service with no resolution and basically no real response, I deleted the app.
