MyView (for Zellis HCM Cloud)

Impossible to get onto the site as you need a company email address which the vast majority of the workforce don’t have so it’s was absolutely pointless downloading the app. Total joke!

Work has underpaid me, manager told me to go on myview to see how much I’m owed. Couldn’t remember my password so I tried resetting it several times and have not received any email to reset it. No idea what to do at this point

Doesn’t matter if your company doesn’t use Zellis to clock in or out - the app demands your location. Want to just see your wage slip? The app demands your location. Plenty of apps have been designed to only request your location when it is actually needed so it’s absolutely possible to do it right here too. Sadly you likely have little choice if you have to use the app or not. Won’t stop me calling out poor design decisions.

Does exactly what I need it to do and I can book leave at any point, don’t need to be on a laptop to book holidays. Visibility of payslips anytime.

The MyView app stopped working (never loading). After reinstalling you are forced to go through the website for security purposes - fair enough). However now FaceID no longer works or even appears as an option in the app. This means you have to go through the security settings EVERY SINGLE TIME you want to open the app. Don’t know what happened but it appears the app is broken now 🤷🏼‍♂️

Can’t view expenses remittances on my iPhone as as documents are too wide. Landscape mode seems to make no difference. Shame. Pay slips worked ok.

I installed this as it is a fight to the death to book leave at work so you need to be quick. I used it twice and now it's stopped working. I now need to start up my work laptop at the weekend to check the leave calendar. 👎

Hi, I have downloaded the app but every time I log in it opens the web portal instead of the app. Therefore I have to put in all details every time I log in, as it won’t open with biometrics, and it doesn’t have all the features the app has. It says my device is not registered. But I have used the link and code issued. Any advice please?

I’ve just registered and downloaded the app, the code arrived immediately. First time log in and authentication went well first time using my ms365 credentials, and I can now log in and use all features using facial recognition! I’m so impressed as how easy this was. App looks great and works well, this is a great way to access MyView.
