Crashes every single time.

Tried reviewing the questions and answers from the pre assessment but the app doesn’t display the entire answers for each question

Happy to read that I’m not the only one that’s having problems with this app. I am new student starting very soon and I cannot get on the app. It will not let me login and/or it keeps crashing after a few tries and goes to the black screen. IT tells me to delete the app and reinstall it. I’ve done that many times. I hope this isn’t part of things to come.

Was this app designed and produced by a first day student? This may possibly be the worst app I’ve ever used for buisness/school purchases. If the option was available I would give this app -5 stars. Nothing works on it. “Oops! Sorry this isn’t available” doesn’t show my mentor, etc. this is atrocious and really an abysmal example for a school, ESPECIALLY a tech school, do better, wgu.

The app works fine for reading and displaying some activities on my phone and iPad but it won’t play any kind of videos. It wasn’t a huge deal in the beginning of my program but now I’m starting to get more and more videos in my material so I just have to use my laptop. I wish it worked because I always have my phone on me and have my iPad on me pretty often for work so I would love it if I could study in between things but I can’t.

Most of the time you are better off using the web browser on your phone. Some course material doesn’t work right in the app. The good thing about the app is you can get important notifications.

Since I’ve downloaded it it won’t let me remove the app! Please help! I’m trying to remove and reinstall

The app won’t open at all :(

after working multiple extra hours to ensure the school site would stop deadnaming me, i come to the app and have to contact it support just to hear it’s a fix without a timeline. guess i’ll just keep taking this psychic damage whenever i need to check my email or literally anything else in my school life. well done. it also opens my student email in an in-app browser with no auto fill instead of even having a page for it? a school that is fully online should have an app that’s a good bit more functional.

App opens and allows me to login, once logged in it crashes, all further attempts to access it will immediately crash. Normal troubleshooting but issue persists. Sigh.
