Keypad won’t pop up so I can type in my phone number to log in

I spent 90 a week for a year on a ebike and Zoomo just up and left nobody in this city wants to touch them Zoomo robbed us and left no way to fix it yeah go to New York a never been because it’s closest place that would fix and most likely charge us $200 train and might not even fix it

Nothing more than AbandonedWare. No features work on app. NOTHING! ZERO ZILTCH NADA!

I’m unable to do anything the app says it can do. It is effectively a map of where my bike is, other than that it’s useless.

Hello dear developers, App looks good and functioning well except the login issue. Every time i reopen the app, i have to go through login with the sms authentication even though i allow face id for easy login before.

At least the previous app was good. There is no customer support on the app after upgrade. And there’s no customer support number to call. So basically there’s no customer support if you have any issue .

Don’t from these guys I am telling you they’re service is very bad and bad staff and when you try to return the bike they will delay you and make you pay extra week rent.

This app is absolutely useless. Never lets u log in. Always an error. Was told to book an appointment through the app but it’s never worked for me. Useless app and useless company !
