No “sign in with Apple” and no Apple Pay why not add these features? They make it so much easier for the users. I’m getting so fed up with these loyalty apps charging, then needing a new login, losing reward points and other frustrations. From now on if an app doesn’t support the two features mentioned above, I won’t be using the app, or visiting the restaurant.

The new app is horrible could not redeem rewards in store. According to management I was not the first one with this issue.

The app looks cool, but once I place an order, I want to track it, but there’s no way to do that from the app. Only from the email they send, there’s a tiny link to track your order.

The new update is horrible not only does it ask for your credit card yet once again after it is stored it asks every time. Here it is even worse they are now ADDING a 15% tip as a default unless you go in to change it. Eat somewhere else!!

I love the restaurant and the app works fine but the fact that they push so hard to link a credit card is garbage.

Can't use points easily or as readily as in past.

Update is a step backward. And don’t ask me to email for help. Having to do so is a sure sign the app has failed.

I don’t want to add my credit card to this App, it asks me too many times. I wanted the free fries but when you see the fine print at the bottom it says I’m sharing my credit card info with the app company (Thanks?) - no thanks. I’m doing business with Naf Naf, this doesn’t make sense to me why another company is asking for my payment info. The ordering experience was clunky and left me in doubt when I clicked “proceed with order without rewards” as both buttons spinned as if I clicked them. The app before was way better, the only positive here is it seems now there are a bunch of discounts available…so there’s that.
