I placed an order in July that supposedly shipped but I wasn’t able to track it. I reached out multiple times to the company via every option available and never received a response. I am so disappointed because I really liked their products but will never order from them again.

I used to love this company. I ordered a lot. I used to get the packages quickly but the time before last it took a long time. The last time I ordered was 9-13-24 and I have NOT received it. I have emailed multiple times, every email I can find. I have messaged in the app. The newest emails do not include the support address anymore so maybe they started scamming people??? I would love some help but I am starting to give up.

Ordered in August 2024, I never received my order. Tracking number for shipping is useless and unusable. I emailed and contacted them several times asking for my order or a refund- never got a response. Will never use them again. Filed a complaint against them at the Better Business Bureau.

I’ve ordered a few times over what has to be close to a year. If not at least 8 months. But I rarely, if ever, write reviews. I can get a lot of cheap wraps on Amazon but I like the designs on these. Really cute, unique, and they’re not cheap quality. My review is only for the wraps. I have not tried anything else. Update: oook nvm I do not recommend them anymore. Idk if something happened or what. I didn’t receive my last order, I haven’t been able to get ahold of them for a refund or to ask about my order. I have sent in a bunch of emails. It looks like they’re not even up and running anymore despite their app having sales and stuff. Like it’s automated. Thankfully I only lost out on $10. But I will no longer be using them. Which is a shame because they were amazing.

I have had an increasing hard time getting customer service assistance. About to cancel my subscription.

Love the different variety of colors in the wraps and versatility in wearing them always last a couple of weeks. Nice to know I can do them by myself at home.

I never received my order or a response from the two emails I sent you. Order 215258 Will never use this site again or recommend this site to anyone I know.

These nails are the best ever!!

I’ve been shopping with them for over a year and this app is a MAJOR downgrade to their business. I ordered a bottle of nail polish and received the wrong one. I contacted them and told them. They said they were sold out of the one I ordered and they asked what I would want instead. I told them and waited three weeks without receiving anything. I reached back out and was told they were having issues with the app and that the replacement color I picked was also sold out. No apology or anything. No offer for a discount on a future order. This is how they treat their customers who have been buying from them frequently for awhile. Needless to say I won’t be giving them any of my business anymore, and I highly advise other people considering them to shop somewhere else.
