I found out about this app through someone on social media that goes to Ghana a lot. I’m a new customer that now uses this app on the regular. I did experience a problem one time sending money to Ghana but when I send to Nigeria, there wasn’t a problem. I like everything about this app. I like the countries I can send to. The options to send like to yourself, different banks, etc. I can go on and on. I’m very thankful.

I send money on other apps, never been asked for a SSN. And the list of country’s you can send money to is really small. Smells fishy. This might be a scam!

So I started using this app because the other company stopped using bank deposits at the time at the beginning I had some issues. It was resolved but the customer service took a little. Now I after using them several months and sending money all the time they asked for me to verify identity I put in for chat and is been more than 12 hours and never heard from anyone again . I came across Ria app they kind of the same but more straight forward rates are great and customer service is all the time .
