App is definitely not intuitive. Navigating through is confusing.

Logs me out every time…
Whenever I want to log in to my timesheets from the app, I have to sign in every single time. Regardless of telling it to remember my device… Very annoying and counterproductive.
Clocking in and out
On the app you have to login in every time you open the timesheets. This needs to be changed to face recognition or something a little easier to login with.
Really disappointing
Not only is this Namely system overly complicated in general, but the app has virtually nothing on it. Not even a time clock. That’s a whole separate app that you have taking up even more space that could have been used elsewhere. You’re trying too hard, Namely. We (virtually all of my coworkers and I) are trying to get HR to drop this system and return to the previous system.
Terrible user interface
Finding anything on here is difficult and unnecessarily laden with steps. In is a minimum six step process just to clock in, and that assumes everything loads the first time (or two). The synch with okta isnt smooth, and there and links that lead to dead ends.
Works Sometimes
Great when app opens. Doesn’t open more often than when it will.
