I can never find a single driver while I’m trying to book a ride to work. I keep waiting for ages yet no signs of a booking. I think the team need to change the procedures, terms and conditions in order to promote drivers to accept the trip. Hence why I’m absolutely unhappy with the service from mamma yatri! The team needs to look into this! Also Namma Yatri has increased the fare excruciatingly.

Most of the times auto gets booked in fraction of time. Multiple times I have faced post booking they ask for destination and cancel the ride or they ask us to cancel and pay more money by cash.
Wasn’t able to get can in Uber and Ila but I Namma Yatri app got quick response from drivers
11 million in investment and still can’t manage auto people. You should have been ashamed of yourself while taking that money. I hope you also get to feel the same way as most of us feel while booking auto from this app. You shouldn’t call it namma yatri you should call it kalla yatri 👍🏽
Initially was happy with the app and the entire booking system. But nowadays drivers simply cancel the ride. Stopped using it completely and switched to Uber. If you keep increasing price, don’t worry - you will be thrown out of the market.
Our trip charge shown in app Rs.407 but we pay Rs. 500 and driver denied to give change money still not yet received worst experience
This app has a wierd AI which makes rides available within seconds to new customers. Then it doesn't book the ride unless you add atleast a ₹20 tip for the driver. Its driver feedback is probably not even recorded nor any complaint ever taken action on. If a lady customer complains about a safety issue these people start arguing that it's not even an issue. The driver can drop you at any point if the vehicle breaks down or the maps fail to show the drop or if the driver wishes so ! Highly unreliable service ! Beware !
initially it was good to use in blr where uber and ola had long waiting times but the past couple of times, even though the input location is right, the app shows the wrong location to the driver and then he ends up driving there which is frustrating for both parties involved. would recommend uber even if the wait times are a bit longer unless you want to constantly check if the driver is taking you to the right location or not.
