Buy 2 free 1 reward is a lie
I tried to claim buy 2 free 1 reward for quarter chicken with 2 sides but it failed, it says the condition is not fullfilled. I already put 3 sets of quarter chicken with 2 sides into the cart, why is it not working

Not User Friendly
App slow and not responsive. Interface is not user friendly. Payment mode is slow, ordering at counter is faster than order at app
Do not download this app
I encountered so many issues: 1. The app is buggy. 2. I can’t pay with Visa credit card, kept saying it’s not available as a payment option. 3. When I tried paying with MasterCard which has a promo, I also had an issue 🤦♂️ 4. Once the payment has failed, there’s no “back” button, you have to restart the ordering process all over again. 5. The reward section is very buggy. What’s the point of launching this app when you haven’t tested it with users beforehand? Nando’s is a fun brand. This app is anything but, and it’s clearly ruining Nando’s Malaysia’s brand and reputation.
Bad Online Payment
App interface is nice. But everytime I want to proceed with online payment using Maybank2U, the system immediately ask to proceed to pay at the counter which is quite annoying. Not sure the problem is due to the app, Maybank2U or the Nandos branch.
Defaulted chicken part.
Why doesn’t the app allow us to choose the part of the chicken that we want but defaulted to “chicken breast” many don’t like breast, if it based on availability then Nando’s shouldn’t give that option at all. This is why I don’t use the app, solely for this reason. I think we are paying for the food and should get what is requested for.
Half the menu not loading
I’m on iOS14, the menu only shows up to Peri-Peri Chicken, it doesn’t show anything else from the Sharing to the drinks menu so I can’t even order them. Upper tabs not working at all. Already reinstall app but issue still persists. Please look into improving your app to make it work, thanks.

Good god you hyped the “new app experience” so much that it ended up quite disappointing. Whoever is in charge of your customer facing apps should be removed.
nice apps and loyalty programs by nandos
Been using this apps for a while…and honestly speaking if you love nandos they’ll reward you even more…so many times using the rewards and like it…
