Nano SigmaPlus

Just like the title says. Pairs with Bluetooth and you can adjust the volume and select one of the four modes but there is no Band section to individual adjust the frequency. No hearing check section, no compression section. The manual states “on the sound control menu, you will find volume, modes, EQ(bands) and compression adjustment which is not there. These are very important steps in having these hearing aids work properly.

I have these hearing aids and use the app- use to be able to see how much charge was left- they removed and it’s frustrating- also they do not keep the charge like they say- why it was helpful to see charge - called in to help desk and they kept telling me that item was still available- they need to update program they are using

Great app but Right and left shouldn’t change together. Also you can no longer turn your heating aids off at night to save battery power from the app like before.

This is a great app to connect and control nano heating aids. It's very easy and quick to connect. There are many controls such as adjusting the volume and all that paired with the nano technology of the hearing aids is amazing. Highly recommend this.

Overall it is a good product. I wish I could hear my phone through the aids. Says battery last 5 to 8 days but mine only makes it 3 to 4 days. Their customer service is very good and friendly. I think they should give you 60 to 90 days to try them out as 45 is really not enough time to get a good feel for them

Best app I like it !

The layout of the app is simple, it's not bland but it doesn't stand out too much. It's comforting to the eyes. I enjoyed how quick the app responded to my requests, the controls were simple and it was very point blank on how to use the app. I like the options on customizing the volume and also that it has preset nodes. Overall, the app is promising and I'm looking forward to more additions, I'd maybe like to customize the appearance of the app like themes, have a creative mode in the app like be able to play with sounds and hear it in the hearing aid(not necessarily to the app just a little flair)

Works pretty well with headphones, I wish it is possible to do it with AirPods, as I wouldn’t have to use a wired headset for the app. Overall pretty good app :)

The best app to customize the sound and get the best experience, it doesn’t have many options but it fulfills its purpose. Easy to use and configure it, I recommend it.
