Frankly such a minimalist strategy game has alot of potential but it needs more levels and more units. I wish they would put some effort into it.
It becomes insanely difficult and I’m not convinced it is even possible to win some of these levels. I’ve tried a number of different strategies to no avail. I wish I could love this game because it is quite fun when it isn’t making you want to smash your phone on the floor.
I think this is a very interesting game. Players can challenge different ways of playing. I am looking forward to a sequel to this game, if there is a sequel.
This was a fun way to pass some time, but really felt like the whole game was the intro to something more.
Very reminiscent of rymdkapsel. The simplicity makes it really engrossing at first, but in later levels is underwhelming, and a few tweaks to gameplay could keep it fresh. All new structures cost an equal amount of two resources, so there’s no strategy in how to balance or prioritize them. There’s only one defense structure and one offense structure, and ultimately not enough levels, which should be the easiest thing to add. Very fun for a few hours and the potential is there for an all time favorite, but needs more tweaks for replayability and different kinds of strategy.
Okay l love this game there are no glitches it’s fun but I noticed one day my battery was draining so fast I could not find the problem well I went to settings and looked at battery this was top at the charts for. Battery drainage it said 29 percentage that is way to much that my only complaint about this app it’s so fun but it just drains your battery to much so I am I was really sad to delete this game can’t find another one like it developers if you read this please fix the battery problem plus I think everyone would also appreciate it I mean this game does cost money so this game needs to have that battery problem
I have bought this game for $3 and I believe it was well worth the price and lived up to expectations fully. However I can’t feel like there was a lot of potential lost here. The simplicity of this game is what makes it initially love able to play but it gets boring real quick. The way to beat every level is the same. No matter what you’re up against it takes to brain power to figure out how to properly deal with it, but I must express how empty this game feels with its lack of enemy/unit variety. There are two summonable soldiers and the enemy can use them as well, as far as I can tell your “war tree” summons the different types randomly. That’s the one aspect of this game that is appealing and a pleasure to play with. It is for that reason that I take away a star because this game is so simple and yet so much potential is lost because of a lack of variety in anything. New units, perhaps new trees that summon specific units or you choose what your war tree produces when you plant it, would bring this game to life and an open up a new variety of strategies that the player would have to utilize to potentially deal with the new challenges that more unit variety would bring. Given this game is so simple and the A I are direct, it is obvious playing this game adding a new unit would take minimal effort and vastly improve the quality of gameplay and replay ability especially when you factor in the procedural generation this game could easily have.
I like this game a lot. I am used to different war games but this is whole new level ball park thing. I didn’t want to spend $ but this is no exceptional. I highly recommended this game.
