Napper is the game-changing, award-winning app that uses data, science, and a little bit of algorithmic magic to predict your baby’s naps and bedtime - with almost uncanny accuracy.
Originally built by a dad on parental leave (still with us btw!) for him and his not-so-sleepy baby girl, Napper has now grown to help more than 100,000 families sleep better. So whatever issue you might be facing - short naps, frequent night-wakings, never-ending bedtime routines - there’s a good chance we can help you too.
→ Napper’s main features include…
• A personalized sleep schedule for your baby based on their natural sleep rhythms and research on infant sleep. The schedule adjusts as your baby's sleep needs change to promote healthy sleep habits and provide them with the restful sleep they need to grow and develop.
• User-friendly, straight-forward baby tracker to help you keep track of nursings, formula feedings, diaper changes and much more. You can also share your baby (and subscription) with as many caregivers as needed so everyone is on the same page.
• A large variety of sleep sounds, such as white noise, lullabies, and sounds of nature, that can be played in the background during naptime and bedtime. The sounds are carefully chosen to be gentle and calming, helping to create a peaceful and relaxing environment for your baby to sleep in.
• A comprehensive, science-based article series designed to help you establish healthy sleep habits for your baby. The course covers a wide range of topics, including the basic biological components of sleep, how to create a sleep-friendly environment and strategies for settling and soothing a fussy baby.
• Trends & statistics presented in easy-to-read charts that give you useful insights, such as the average amount of time your baby spends asleep, the number of night wakings, and the duration of feedings. Easily spot and identify patterns and trends in your baby's sleep, which allows you to make adjustments to their sleep routine as needed.

All in all, we’d really like to think that Napper is the most complete baby sleep app out there. But don't just take our word for it though - here’s what other parents have to say about it:
"Great app, helped me work out when nap times should be and helped set a bedtime routine! Definitely recommend."
"This is one of the apps which every mom or another caregiver should download straight away. Thanks to Napper I could develop a deeper understanding of my 4-months old sleep patterns. And now he falls asleep fast and without cries. Thank you!"
"I love Napper! I've used 4 other sleep tracking apps (paid for) and Napper has to be my favorite! I love the aesthetic of the layout and how accurate it is."
"This app is amazing!! Very accurate for my son and has been for months. Great features to select number of naps and set bed time if trying to create a routine too."
"My baby is 11 months and I use it all day every day. Keeps us on schedule"
"This app is really great, it's like a baby manual that comes with your child! I really love it."
"Really useful, I'm sleep deprived and can't remember exactly what time everything happens! The predictive sleep feature is great. Developers very responsive to feedback"
"I LOVE Napper! I have used lots of baby trackers over my 4 kids and this one is hands down my favorite."
"The app is pretty great but the customer service is even better! I thought I was locked out of my account and they contacted me and got me back in within minutes! This app has revolutionized how we care for our newborn."
"This is the app that got us through the 4 months sleep regression! And I love that multiple caretakers can add track baby's sleep. Such a great help!"
So don't let sleepless nights and exhausted days be the norm - try Napper (yes, today!!) and give your baby the gift of restful, peaceful sleep!

Custom naps aren’t really custom.
I selected custom naps originally because my baby didn’t necessarily follow the timeline for transitioning over. I selected 3 naps per day but then noticed it was only doing 2. I contacted support and they said it is because she entered an age for 2 naps. Okay well she isn’t ready to transition so WHY can’t I CUSTOMIZE the naps? Defeats the purpose of “custom”. I really loved loved this app but that feature made me mad. Would be nice if they would just actually make it custom.
Love this app but wish it had..
This app has been spot on with my daughters naps since 3 months. Even if she sleeps longer or shorter , it adjusts nicely. I wish you were able to log things when you didn’t have service (like flying or camping) and I wish when you traveled to a different time zone, you didn't have to manually update your current day to the new time zone.
Other than that, I like it.
Great for first time parents
I think this app is great for first time parents still getting the hang of wake windows. Personally, this isn’t my first go around and I was more hoping it could help me find the right pattern to minimize night wakings. But babies are going to baby and even this app can’t fix it. Overall a decent app though!
Great until regressions
I saw a lot of recommendations for this app on reddit so I decided to give it a shot. For regular sleep patterns this thing is eerily accurate but if your LO deviates at all due to the insanely long list of reasons - teething, sickness, separation anxiety, etc or an inevitable sleep regression, the suggestions will be off track and sometimes really off because it’s still going off wake windows. I had downloaded it originally as I was desperate to figure out how to get through a regression but it’s not the app for that. For example when my LO has a EMW I wanted good guidance for when they should nap next which based on my hours of research online (baby sleep can do that to you) but it’ll suggest the nap based off your LO’s typically wake window which isn’t ideal in these situations.
Despite my feedback I truly enjoy the UI and still use it to track sleep. My favorite is the ability to add pauses to naps which my other apps do not have. I do have faith that the app will continue to improve though. Hope this helps
Didn’t help or change anything.
This app would be better if it were just a sleep tracker and didn’t integrate an algorithm. It suggests really dumb stuff.
Basically we have to pay attention to when our kid is getting tired and plan accordingly.
We got this app to try to help us get longer sleep windows and a reasonable wake up time (like, 5:30 instead of 3:45) and the app just kept telling us the kid would wake up at 3:53 or 4:02 and not making any suggestions or changes to help us walk that forward.
We also have not seen any improvement in night time sleep time or daily sleep time. Our kid is chronically under the averages by 2-3 hours a day.
By the numbers, this app has been a fail for us. Charging $70 to sleep deprived parents for a product that doesn’t work seems exploitative. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ yay capitalism I guess.

LOVE IT
I LOVE the Napper app. However I wish there was an option to switch to 12 hour clock instead of 24 hour clock. That is the only thing I would change. This is one of the only apps I’ve found that allows you to add night awakenings, night sleep, pauses, feeds, diapering, all in one. I love the simple easy to use design. Will definitely be using this for the near future!
Amazing
This app has really helped me get a better schedule for my 2 month old. We had such a rocky start and this put us on a better track. Thank you so much Napper!!!!
Underrated
At first I though this app was just like all the others saying it would help you out with finding your babies schedule but I have to say that this one is on a whole different level than the others.
The first day of course the app is not up to speed on your baby and their schedules. But after just a couple of days the app has learned when and how long my baby sleeps. It’s really accurate and detailed. My husband and I were in awe as we saw our baby getting sleepy around the time the app would say it’s time for his nap. At first we were skeptical but we noticed our babies sleepy cues and realized it was on time.
We’ve continued to use it in comparison to an other app I was using and Napper is by far so much easier for me and my partner to use. It even give you the option to share the same info with another person so my partner has access to all the same things I do on his phone.
I have loved the app so much I have stopped using the one I had before( Baby tracker ). I highly recommend this app for first time parents like myself.
But I will say, if this isn’t for you then do not force it. Mothers, you know your baby best, so do not believe that you have to stick with something if it doesn’t work out for you and baby. Trust your own instincts. You got this
Bad UI
Difficult to edit mistakes. Difficult to use if you miss tracking a nap or forget to pause a nap. Editing events is confusing
