Schedule for race weekend dosent work. Super.

I bought tickets on my laptop the other day. I downloaded the app, signed in with the existing Ticketmaster credentials and had my tickets. Added them to my apple wallet in one more tap. Only posting this review for anyone dreading the experience you may read about in older reviews.

First I couldn’t see my tickets after logging in on the app so I transferred them to a new account. I can’t even log into the new account in the app while on PC it’s just fine.

this app was foisted upon me as the only way to access my already purchased tickets. usage of this app is linked to ticketmaster. so you’d think your TM credentials would work on the app…Nope! you have to create yet another account just for this dumb app. then to load up my tickets to the app i had to log into TM within the app. just plain dumb. why couldn’t i just be sent an email with the ticket barcodes that i could so much more easily access on race day, like a normal event. whoever conceived forced usage of this app should be fired. can this app be used for other COTA events - no. can this app be used for other TM events - no. did i say dumb yet?

Does not really work at all

The app won’t take my 28 character password. Please fix before 5/21/2021 when everyone needs their tickets.

I am unable to sign in even though I know password and email are correct. I triple checked through the website

It works pretty well. Was able to add tickets to my apple wallet. One thing that might suggest is to clarify the difference between “Circuit of the Americas” and “Ticketmaster” ticket sign in. It looks like it’ll be a great app for race weekend!
