Can’t log in. Says my Ticketmaster account cannot be found!! Don’t waste your time!!

My Ticketmaster works and I use it regularly but when I long into the Nashville preds app, it just tells me account can’t be found and kicks me out.

App developers need to figure this out.

How can I view my Smashville Rewards when the app and website state no account found. There is not even a contact us button to try to resolve this issue.

I cannot even log into the app because it won’t take my Ticketmaster login. Keeps kicking me out saying account not found. I even reset my Ticketmaster password just to be sure and still wouldn’t let me in. So you can’t see anything the app has to offer if you can’t log into your Ticketmaster. Typical Nashville Preds way…sucking on every level. -Nashville native turned PENS fan

I have an account. I log in. Message says “account not found”. I try to reach out to the developer and I’m redirected back to to app. My credentials are correct, the app allows me in but there is nothing there except the account not found message.

Be prepared to delete and reinstall and login again weekly to use this app.

Apparently this app isn’t supported anymore and just plain doesn’t work… maybe it’s a fake app liking to steal all your info… Who knows.

After downloading the latest IPhone update the Smashville account that I have had for two seasons Does Not Work, it Froze. If you erase it and download it again it never gets past login. So yes it is a Piece of Shi-

When I log in, it brings me to a screen where I download the app. When I click the download button, it sends me back to the login screen, and this just happens over and over again in an infinite loop. 😢
