Never saving with them again, getting a run around to get money back.

Extremely Buggy app and website. The first step - logging in itself has enormous issues. Throws unknown errors and exceptions. Even if by miracle or fuzzy logic, logging in works, when I setup auto payment, app just freezes and closes out. I am not sure how to entrust my credentials and money to the company that does not take the app or website seriously. If basic features don’t work, I am quite concerned about security.

The app needs a lot of work to deliver a solid experience. National bonds seem like solid investment products however

We are in 2023 and we cant change email in app , what a service !!

The app won’t let me create a profile?? Tried more than 10 times it keeps telling me user already in use create another user name. If I can’t get past this stage. What’s the use of having an app?

This app needs a lot of work

No matter what kind of password I create the app does not accept it. Not able to use the app only. It would be better if some sort of example is shown instead of simply mentioning such hard rules for password creation.
