Intermittent issue- sometimes getting a pop up saying I’m outside uk and Isle of Man. Eventually lets me play but it’s so annoying.

I have been with this site for many months. I have been a regular layer and loyal patron However. Suddenly out of the blue, and after many withdrawal’s and deposits. I was informed I couldn’t withdraw my winnings. I have never been so incensed!! They had no problem with me making deposits. Everything was perfectly acceptable whilst I’m sending money. Twice now I have had my withdrawal stopped. This time i was told to use another card- but with no explanation as to why. I’ve used the same card since I joined, passed all the identification and verification. Then 9 months on , I’m told they will not pay my winnings to the same card, even though they accepted a withdrawal a few minutes before !! No one has explained what changed in the short minutes between accepting my withdrawal and rejecting my withdrawal only a short time later So be warned. If you get lucky and win a large sum of money here. There is absolutely no guarantee you will get paid. The amount I won was only £ 30 , a drop in the ocean for a large company that makes money, hand over fist?? I am now not receiving a reply to my e - mails. I an so angry, as there was no need for them to do this- as I said . They had aid me £30 only minutes before. It was so ludicrous, I thought it was a joke at first. However to me, loosing £30 is no joke, especially when there was no need for it I don’t want another player going through this. I can only imagine how much worse it would be, had my win been substantial, and I would be remiss if I said nothing , and let this happen to someone else.!!!I There are many casinos that once they validate your information . You have no more problems. To play on a site, whereby they can withhold your winnings over nothing, when ever they please, should be against the law! If anyone out there can advise me, as to how I proceed, I would be most grateful. I have been in touch with the gaming commission , but am awaiting their instructions
