I love how I can save my ID insurance verification cards to my Apple wallet!

I like the app, it’s a good app, the layout is great and well organized. The only problem with it is that it glitches with what card you select to pay with and says the date(s) on the card are wrong even when you try to fix them, also sometimes says you selected a different card to pay with than the one you actually did. Which is why I would give 4 stars, fix the glitches and it goes to 5 star.

Never works

Here in 2024 an app that requires I remember a password or use the password search function instead of Face ID like the 99.9% others is rough…

Is in to navigate comfortable to use

Not sure why they waste their time on this app. Live the insurance.

Really poor communication and really hard for claims process. I’m going to switch soon.

50% increase on homeowners and 25% increase on auto for the 3rd straight renewal. These guys are insane.

It was quite frustrating to deal with a computer. Nationwide should make it easier to speak to a Human representative!

Had a no fault accident and my insurance went up almost double they are really not “on your side”
