The practical force you to take subscription and then will mark it as delivered without delivering it, and if you complain, they won’t do anything about it. Really really bad experience, I will never recommend this to anyone.

I have no complaints about the quality of the milk but their delivery and customer service is very poor. They don’t deliver on quite a few days in a month and don’t even communicate the same beforehand. They collect money in advance as subscription and then end up marking milk as delivered even though it isn’t actually delivered. We have to regularly keep checking our calendar in the app to find out such errors and follow it up with the customer care to rectify it. Don’t think it’s worth all this trouble!!!

The milk is good but delivery and customer service is pathetic. I thought let me give it a try so I did end up taking a subscription of ₹1200 but they have serious delivery and follow up issues. Don’t pay them, they’ll give you regular deliver for the first two three times and then the problem persists. Go for another brand instead.

Do not pay or order.. they never deliver.. it’s a money scam company

Milk quality is good but sporadic delivery of milk is blamed on a technical issue. No follow up, customer service is clueless, promises follow up but never happens

Apps work for well. Milk is of good quality
