Natural Cycles: Birth Control

I’ve wanted to join the community and use this app for about four months now, but can’t sign up, opt into their sales or reach them via their website/email. It’s been very frustrating as I’ve really been wanting to try their product and app 😔

I feel so much more in control of my contraception choices, and have much greater insight into the idiosyncrasies of my body/cycle since using this app. Plus, it’s been great motivation to finally start going to bed and waking up at a consistent time every day!

Best decision I made! Love that I’m not using any pills!

An option for those of us who hate putting external hormones into our bodies but also hate condoms! I have two young children already and we're not sure if we are finished having kids or not, so other forms of contraception are also not ideal right now. So glad to have found this app!

Really helps keep track of my ovulation cycles!

I recently came off my oral contraceptive and this app has helped me and my fiancé so much! It's a natural contraceptive for us and tells us when to be careful during the month. In a few months from now after the wedding we will switch the app to the option where we want to have a baby, and it makes it so much easier by telling you when you're ovulating and when you're most fertile. Also guides you by suggesting when to take an ovulation test. I'm so sure this app will help us bring our first baba into this world. I highly recommend this app

This app is incredible! It's nice to be able to see what's happening with my Fiancée cycle. It's good to know how we should plan for weekends away, or when to be more careful. I love getting to know her better according to her cycle. Would recommend this to anyone who wants a natural solution to birth control. Happy to have this app replace the pill.

Natural cycles has been life changing for me! You get what you put into it but it’s easy enough to use and monitor your temp! It’s so much better for your body than birth control. I highly recommend!

I have been using Natural Cycles to prevent pregnancy for a year a half now. My husband and I love it. I have learned so much about my body through logging information. Getting to know my cycle and getting in tune with my hormones has been huge as well. It truly is reliable when used as recommended. I have recommended it to so many friends and countless women’s lives are getting simpler because of NC! 10/10 recommend.

I’m using Natural Cycles to prevent pregnancy for this time being. But I started using Natural Cycles after my doctor recommended it. I have had a long history of using birth control. And found that I was not having any sort of period or connection to my cycle. Natural Cycles has allowed me to daily and look into each symptom daily and to evaluate where I am hormone-wise. I can’t afford to go to a naturopath. But I feel like checking in with myself daily on my symptoms and what’s going on is important. I do wish that this app had some more research regarding thermometers taking time. It is quite inconvenient when the dog is throwing up in the middle of the night to get up and take care of the situation. But the app recommends that you take your temperature before standing up. So it doesn’t seem realistic for a lot of people. Especially if you’re getting up in the middle of the night to take care of your baby. I’d have to imagine that your temperature would be off all the time and the app would not help you.
