Love them! They are super filling without making your stomach heavy after like does with other food. Super healthy too!

I love that I can get different sizes. I love the flavors and friendly staff. I recommend adding pineapple as a base flavor and a topping. The granola could be better but overall awesome place.

I love this place. They have a lot of options from smoothies to so many different acai bowls. The app is amazing too. You can also build your own bowl. Not to mention the amazing costumer service! Sorry if this review was all over the place but all of these things are true. 😂🫶

Uninstalled, re-downloaded. App crashes with new update. Was working in previous versions.

Finally, a place where you can go get a quick healthy treat without having to second guess the ingredients. So far, everything I’ve had has been delicious. Integrity goes a long way these days. What a great investment!

This is the second time Eagan has messed up a $30+ dollar order for me. Missing add ons and way too few toppings for yacht size bowls is super disappointing given the prices we’re paying. Gave direct feedback as well and haven’t heard a word from management. The one time I had a mixup at Chaska they were so quick to make it right. Might have to switch away from the Eagan location :(

I love Nautical Bowl at Parkside in Cary. The staff is so friendly and their bowls are tasty and reasonably priced. They also have a location in Durham. If you are looking for good healthy options, then you definitely want to give them a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Wow this place is sooo good I’m addicted and the employees are extremely nice if your unsure what to order so far my favorite has been the blue bay bowl it is so stinking good!!! Definitely a nice addition to our little area
