**PLEASE NOTE, you must be a current Navy Cash cardholder and have a card in an active status to register for the mobile app. If you are installing the Navy Cash Mobile App for the first time, you will need to CREATE A NEW USER ID AND PASSWORD. EXISTING WEBSITE USER IDs AND PASSWORDS WILL NOT WORK FOR THIS APP. If you need to enroll in the Navy Cash card, select the Need a Card button from the Welcome to Navy Cash screen.**
With the Navy Cash mobile app, you can now access your prepaid card information from your mobile device on the go!
Once you’ve created a new username and passcode for logging on, you will have access to:
* View balance
* View transaction history
* Suspend or reactivate cards
* Manage alerts
* Locate nearby ATMs
Your security is our priority. Mobile data transmissions and card information are protected by 128-bit encryption.
IMPORTANT: During the enrollment process, please do not close out of this application while awaiting the activation code. It will appear as an SMS/text message within 2 minutes and then must be entered into the application to complete your enrollment.
Navy Cash is a registered service mark of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service.
VISA is a registered trademark of Visa International Service Association and used under license.
This card is issued by PNC Bank, N.A. pursuant to license by MasterCard International. This card must be returned upon demand.

I made the account, tried adding card details. Nothing shows up red or an error on my part. All the info is valid and checked twice. Deleted and reinstalled the app and did the whole technical support bit. Doesn’t work - trash app and trash service. What else to expect from the military. No care for us
