NB On Call’s aim is to foster a community where trusted GP peers can openly share both clinical and non-clinical problems, drawing upon the collective expertise of their peers.

Needs an IPad specific app
Great app on a mobile but as theres not a specific one for an iPad it defaults to the mobile one which isn’t good as its a tiny screen and you can’t use a separate iPad keyboard as you can only use the app in portrait mode.

Great for quick opinions from a peer group of GPs
I’m enjoying using GP Horizon. The community is friendly and supportive and helpful answers start coming quickly. I was reassured that every new user is verified as a registered GP as well. As the user base expands, it would be great to see this develop; perhaps with different subject areas, nested comments and replies etc. Keep up the good work!

Useful and can be used to pick the brains of peers... I’d recommend it!
