My nbank is not working while connected to wifi.Even nabil bank website is not opening using wifi.

Im using nbank app on iphone 12 and my problem is im not able to use nbank with wifi.I check every settings i can but im able to use it with data only.

otp haru hundahundai sim verification ko jhanjhat nikaleko chha. registered mobile number wala le nai aafno phone chalauchha ni hau. aba fraudulent cases chha vane tyaslai trouble shoot garne aru idea hola ni. ani ma bidesh ma bideshi number chalaula re. tyatikhera chai nepal ko sim chaldaina ani kasari chai verify garne ni. otp lai ntc le web login function deko chha. yo ta ati nai vayo hai security ko naam ma. kasaile ni nabil mobile banking nachalaunu hai if sim card navaako tab ipad or bidesh chhan vane. customer support jhur chha. even bank kudnu paryo customer support le help garna sakena. n viber messege pathauda ni herena jabaki viber ma messege patha ni vanyo. worst service ever. update: 1) u cant solve main problem for reading otp in ipad. its simply impossible. 2) sim verification means, its access to simcard, which is even highly vulnerable for hackers, n its violation of right to privacy. coz simcard doesnot belong to bank’s database whereas registered mobile number can be verified into bank database n otp we enter is our permission to validate entered mobile number with bank database. 3) example, why do i need to change my number i f i travel thailand for a week, so why do i need to validate if i am returning again. why should i change my number every time if i go abroad n come back to nepal. its annoying. yeah for pr holder or student who lives in abroad can have such thing but as a traveler its still annoying. 4) finally, this app will be always useless for ipad what u called ur standard procedure. so it is NOT USER FRIENDLY. n sim validation is violation of right to privacy without our consent n highly vulnerable for hackers. if u heard abt sim cloning then u understand better. last world, i use two device, simple keypad phone without internet but bank apps in ipad because, if i loose phone, i don need to worry to much abt apps. if i loose ipad then my phone is with me so that otp be with me. it is unlikely i will loose both device at same time. now i cant do this anymore. i have even complain abt these things to NRB, n waiting for their response. i m not gonna buy new phone for one app only. actually i have already unsubscribed ur service. i better use traditional banking system. what u called standard procedure has not been successfully implemented in abroad especially in western countries. if this app was in EU, i was sure there would be fine already. atleast there should be option for opt out abt these verification. u r forcing

This app takes a lot i mean a lot of time to open and takes like almost a minute to login. It’s been so crappy these days. They really need to fix this problem otherwise they surely will lose many customers.
