It’s worse than it was before,because I can’t find my transactions details like before I could see that very soon when I did shopping!

When getting a text code it goes into keyboard instead of a number pad. App is difficult to complete transfer 1st time. Needed to add phone number but had to call and it took 15 minutes on phone to get it done 13 minutes in phone tree 2 minutes to help ! And amount that can be transferred in one day is to low.

I have been a very satisfied customer of this bank since 2007. 100% satisfied with telephone support as well as face to face. The staff really listens to the problem then with courtesy and professionalism goes about fixing the issue.

Works like it’s s’posed to!

I’ve used the app to make deposits, a few times after receiving a ‘success’ deposit, I later get a message that the deposit failed. Due to this, I have to drive to the bank which takes an hour to and from. I have never had a problem making online deposits with Wells Fargo.

My accounts have been with NBAZ for over 20 years. No issues, always good service.

Compared to national banks, this app is second rate. It doesn’t work smoothly and is missing tasks that other banks offer. But it’s still better than using the website.
