Ncell is just ripping off people’s. I bought a Roaming for India and paid NRS 500 in May, 2018 and when I go there, it didn’t work and I call costumer and ask for refund. He told me, he will call me tomorrow and refund my money, which never happened. I recharge money NRS 1000 and received NRS 524, I would not recommend this phone services to anyone go with NTC, its cheaper and good costumer service. Pls update ur iOS app too

I tried to purchase a data plan, I paid via credit card and it charged me but it won’t give me the data! I basically paid money to Ncell for nothing. This app is terrible!

Worst thing ever!! Unsubscribing from the plan altogether!!

Thank you Ncell for being a part of my connectivity where I can easily get the best services among others, amazing packages for Nepalese. NCELL is the best.

Otherwise a useful app but ever since I installed it, getting a very annoying pop up in app to agree to terms and conditions. Tapping on review doesn’t do any good. I have to tap on Review several times for the pop up to go away. Hope the developers can revisit this and have it tested out properly.

Why does my music playing on the background stop playing everytime this app is opened? What’s going on? Does this app access my mic and speaker? If so why? This seems suspicious.

Every time I open the app, it says to update the app to 5.0.2 version, but when I open the App Store, it doesn’t give option to update. So there is no way I can access the app until I update it. Please fix this. Thank you.
