NCIC Mobile Video Visitation

This app is absolutely despicable. It’s clearly cheaply made for selfish reasons. It’s punishing families everywhere. Problems: glitches can’t use saved password. no way to transfer funds. no refunds for the app glitching out. no refunds period. and no clear directions, which is clearly another scam. notifications just are there, NEVER go away and no way to see what they are. streaming is so trash, it’s easier to make a phone call instead of video. not compatible with devices. visitation times are often wrong. no info on time differences either. no specifications on how to add money to individual- (you can’t use the app you have to use the website) -but why would they bother to tell you that? The children and families of inmates, as well as the inmates, deserve better.

This app logs me out and haves me reset my password only to have a error message saying invalid credentials and I have reset my password multiple times only to get the same error message

It keeps having the red dot on the app on my Home Screen (iPhone) that I have 10 unread notifications. And I explore the entirety of all the app’s features and notifications within the messages and other features. Everything is read and opened but yet it continues to say 10 unread notifications. I uninstalled the app and tried everything I could to no avail. This app is completely frustrating.

Constantly says there’s a third-party on the line when there isn’t any and disconnects the phone call, then wants to charge a connect fee when you have to call back. Currently the app won’t even show my account so I can’t see text messages or send them. California inmates should not even have to pay for communication and it’s insane because this is military, we have to pay for it.

I don't understand customer service. Very unhelpful. I scheduled a visit within the 24-hour time frame required. I received my email approval and the link to verify the off-site visit, as well as instructions for the day of the visit. I clicked the link to confirm, and it took me to the dashboard. On the day of the call, I logged on, and it said pending approval. Why is it pending if it was approved via email 24 hours before? I could not enter the visit. All I could do was make another visit. I emailed customer service and explained my situation. I sent the email I received and the resident info. The rep, Iesha, kept telling me to do what I had already done. Never addressing why the actual dash board for the call did not match the email confirmation. So I take it no one can tell me how to actually connect to the video call and why the email says approved but the dashboard says pending approval. Wasteful and sad that no one understands the app created or how to fix it.

This app is trash most of the time this app won’t even load for me. I hate it.

There is no button to add an attachment on the web based site or the ap.

This app is very glitchy. Repeatedly kicked out and have to re-login, then immediately brought right back to the login screen to login again. Then once logged in the messaging won’t open, so I have to close out of the app and open it again. Messages sometimes come in very delayed, like 10 min. I might receive one message then 10 min later I receive the message that was sent before the one I received. Furthermore, I might not see the delayed message because is placed in the order it was sent in the thread, not at the bottom of the thread, where the conversation currently is. How would I know to scroll back up to see it? Sometimes I receive message notifications to my phone and sometimes I do not. Sometimes I click confirm to receive the message and nothing comes in, so I go back to the home screen and click back into messaging and may need to do that a couple times before the message appears. Repeatedly required to verify my billing account (with plenty of funds on the account) for no rhyme or reason and sometimes multiple times in a row before I can begin messaging. Inmate is unable to message me unless I verify my billing. I’m only notified that I need to verify it if I happen to login to try to send a message. Photos are not posted in the order they are sent.
