The app says the bus will arrive in 5 minute but instead it passes 5 minutes early.

My mobile tickets always fails to scan and every time I scan it the brightness drops a little bit on my phone and opens my apple wallet instead

Always late and even more common for the app To be wrong. Why so expensive for such poor service

I am very unhappy with the 36 bus service lately. The buses from Chilwell are either missed out or late and it seems to be getting worse, when I ask the driver when one does arrive if there’s a problem they are rude! Today the driver said if I wasn’t happy I could always get off and wait for the next one. I wasn’t blaming him because I know it’s not his fault. If there’s only going to be a service every 20 minutes instead of 12 have the decency to change the timetable so I don’t have to wait and wonder when one will turn up!! And then stick to it.

For the love of all things holy please separate bus timetable from A and B. For example have a timetable for 79, a separate one for 79a etc. Whoever designed this app needs to take their head for a wobble because this is absolutely atrocious. You can’t expect people to get the bus time right if you have 3 separate routes on 1 timetable with a third of the needed information there to see.

I activated my ticket on the App & the word came up. The screen then changed without the word and said active. The bus driver was quite abrupt with me saying it needed activating when it had already been activated. A bit of kindness in the mornings going to work would be appreciated.
