The app has not been working at Planet Organic for weeks. I’ve just been told by Teya that they won’t add points for receipts kept during that period. Total joke and a terrible customer experience. Awful company !

Hasn’t worked since the beginning of July

Tried to sign up and link my card in, put all my card details in and still keep asking me to link my card. I have deleted and reinstalled still the same problem, what a disappointment

Was using for a few years, occasional issue redeeming a voucher but nothing serious.. then a couple of weeks ago my card stopped working. I tried to relink the card several times, which appeared successful, then could not be used to pay. The support team gave me some generic instructions “make sure you are on 4G, try restarting your phone” rather than admit there is an issue, as I now see through reading similar recent reviews. I also tried setting up a new account incase my account was blocked for some reason, but still a card cannot be linked.

Payment card has been added and linked multiple times but the app does not recognise this. Cannot scan and pay because the app asks to link a payment card every time when one has already been added. I have deleted and reinstalled, updated the app, etc. But the same error continues.

I have had not but problems with this app and making payments, I have loaded my payment card several times now and it still does not work Despite raising a ticket through the app about 3 weeks ago I have been ignored I have lost out on rewards as I have had to pay by a different method I think the help/ support is a waste of time and the app is also heading for the bin Do not waste your time with it!!!

Like other folks, whilst I can apparently link a card to my account, it refuses to display a QR code for payment, negating the point of the app entirely. I've raised a support ticket, but based on other reviews I don't hold out much hope for a fix.

Not impressed

“Contact support unavailable” after a notification that my number is in use by another user. Utterly pointless app with no benefit.

Repeatedly fails to link my card.
