NEAR Mobile - Crypto Wallet

In order to withdraw my USDC I had to convert it into NEAR and then I was able to send it to my Coinbase wallet. It was a real pain trying to send the USDC to my Coinbase address because it wouldn’t stop saying my wallet address was invalid. Not to mention the transaction fee being a pain to figure out how little NEAR you need to top off your balance to make the transaction to swap tokens. BAD APP DO NOT RECOMMEND USING

I tried to transfer my near to kraken and each time i try it says something went wrong. This has been on going for 4 months. Tried contacting customer support no answer or reply.

Not allowing me to unstake my crypto or transfer to another wallet

I use the near wallet for the Sweat economy dapp. I see people saying their tokens disappeared when staking?? What? I’ve staked and unstaked with a few validators already. Everything works fine including my trades. It’s Defi as well so I wouldn’t expect much customer support. Whatever. Be more experienced with Defi or don’t trade in it.

Staked amount disappeared suddenly (can use mnemonic to recover by other wallet), but it was also a troubling experience.

As of 4/4/24 I had 1204 ($8000)staked tokens on this wallet. On 4/5/24 it all disappeared from my wallet, even too this review. I don’t know who or how to reach out to anyone for help, to assist in recovering my near tokens.

Unable to get my tokens out been saying pending for days. Scam wallet

I am unable to unstake any of my tokens. It’s just completely locked. I don’t have the ability to get my money back. And they don’t have a customer service line at all.

It stole my crypto and I am unable to transfer back to another wallet.

It is easy for people to log into my near mobile wallet and transferred all of my money out
