Constantly have issues trying to book an appointment . Even now.. I am typing and cannot see the words. This app has issues (using safari now).

App keeps asking me for password then won’t let me log in. Then when I try to change password says doesn’t recognise email. Which is strange because I’m already registered with that email. Getting on my nerves to be honest. Deleted everything and re registered . See if this works

Completely useless if you book in advance and reminder is just after your cancellation period.

App is great when you have a barber you like and easy to book appointments. However if you move or just forget to make your regular appointment and need to check appointments elsewhere you need to sign up to every… single…. shop! 🤦‍♂️ Would be better if you just had one login to use the app, why is it built this way? It seems really stupid to do this?

It’s a great system and the barber shop we use is brilliant but it’s hardly ever possible to book appointments on the app given the app doesn’t work properly. Have to keep downloading it and there are 3 of us trying at different points in case it’s working. V frustrating

We highly recommend this barbers and personally wouldn’t go anywhere else. The three barbers are exceptional at what they do, they provide a professional, friendly and first class service. Always very impressed with the finished haircut and the prices are very reasonable for the level of service we receive. They are great with all ages, my Dad who is 89 years old is always satisfied with his haircut as is my 27 year old son. Many thanks.
